Rachel is a vibrant and energetic trainer who is sure to give you a killer workout, all with a smile on her face! She is a Kinesiology graduate from the University of Toronto where she pursued varsity field hockey and began her fitness career as a Zumba instructor. Rachel has a variety of experiences teaching and educating herself in dance cardio, mat Pilates, strength training, and pre and post-natal fitness. When Rachel isn’t at the barre you can find her personal training or leading wellness workshops for women in the city. Rachel prides herself on creating a welcoming space where people with all levels of fitness can succeed and have fun. Rachel’s mission is to lead women on a path of self-discovery through fitness, where everyone becomes their best self!
