We’re taking planks to a whole new level in your fave MixedBarre class with a twist! Discover your perfect balance of muscle sculpting and cardio using resistance bands, weighted balls, the barre. PLUS, we’re throwing in an extended plank series sequence. You’ll rev up your metabolism as you burn through each rep and engage your inner core while helping sculpt leaner, longer and stronger muscles. A total body workout from head to toe.
